We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. $60,500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings

  • How to find buyers and sellers for real estate
  • What to say to them so you can help them buy or sell a home
  • How to present your services when you meet with them
  • What to do to make sure your clients are qualified to work with you
  • How to negotiate a real estate deal for the best terms and price
  • What you need to know legally and ethically about representing clients

Qualifications:
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
