Over the last 50 years we have become the premier marina on New Jerseys best waterways in Lake Hopatcong and Sandy Hook Bay. Our amazing array of services built for boaters, include boat training, rentals, boating club, sales, service, and marina experiences makes boating simple, fun, and enjoyable for our guests, and our team. What You Will Do

  • Promote safe and fun boating experience by helping boater on and off the water.
  • Provide support to Boating Club, Boat Rental, Fuel Dock, and Marina guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and care of all marina docks and grounds.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness for the Bridge Marina fleet of bowrider, triple pontoons and center consoles.
  • Providing orientations and guidance for boaters.
  • Operate powerboats from 18 to 25 feet.
  • Training is provided by Bridge Marina

The requirements for the role:

  • Schedule including weekends during the summer months.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to be helpful and courteous with teammates.
  • Boating certificate or equivalent or 1 years boating experience
  • Valid and clean automobile driver’s license.
  • Positive outlook, strong personal leadership
  • Guest focus, customer centric.
  • Dependability and desire to learn and grow,
  • Initiative and good work ethic
  • Responsible, trustworthy,
  • Safety conscious
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen.


The role includes:

  • Part-time to full-time hours, seasonal, with flexibility to occasionally work additional hours, as the workload could vary with the season.
  • Advancement opportunities and salary increases are available and encouraged, as well as full-time year-round roles.
  • Indoor and outdoor work in seasonal weather conditions, both around the marina and on the water.
  • Hourly rates range from $15 to $19 per hour based on experience, ability, and how well suited to role.
  • Additional tips, seasonal incentives, and bonuses.
  • Team events and outings, typically around boating or similar activities.
  • Health care benefits, a retirement plan with a company contribution, sick time, and paid vacation after waiting period days.
