Description
Bridge Metal Industries is a metal fabricator located in Westchester County, New York. BMI primarily services the POP Display industry. BMI is seeking to add a dedicated Project Manager to its on-site staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform key tasks toward the goal of increasing the velocity and efficiency of fulfillment of product to our customers. These tasks are inclusive of, but not limited to:
· Interface with internal associates, external suppliers, partners and customers
· Internal project management and support
· Estimation and quoting of components for customer’s proposals.
· Procurement of materials and services for individual projects
· Supervision of project personnel on a job specific basis.
· Fulfillment of product and goods to customer.
Key Requirements
· Technical background, preferably with a secondary education in an Engineering/Technical curriculum.
· Experience working at a Manufacturer.
· Entrepreneurial spirit. Must possess a “must do” and “roll up your sleeves” work ethic.
· Computer Literacy. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc.
· Experience with CAD systems.
· Experience and comfort in working in an environment of continuous improvement of Business and Manufacturing processes.
