What is the focus of this position? The Director of Wellness/Nursing will oversee and coordinate the care and services of Residents, promote the effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve desired clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in accordance with federal, state, local, company standards and established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Executive Director. The Director ensures Quality Delivery of Resident care through the promotion of systems utilizing Quality Improvement Practices. Passionate Attention to Leadership You will be the face of leadership of the community and be expected to implement the mission, vision, and goals of Bridge Senior Living. Demonstrated Ability to Lead High Performing Teams You will be the leader of a diverse and engaged team of frontline associates and be expected to plan, direct, and evaluate activities and performance on the ground in the community. Concentrated Focus on Resident Wellness You will be one of the primary representatives of the community and be expected to cultivate an image of the community that is consistent with our brand and aligns with our business goals.
