What is the focus of this position? Executive Directors are the heartbeat of our communities and the catalyst for operational success and stability, with support from our Bridge Senior Living regional and corporate support teams. You will have the opportunity to unleash your expertise and experience as you manage all functional areas of our senior living community and ensure compliance with all current industry standards and guidelines. These are some of the key competencies we expect in our Executive Directors: Passionate Attention to Executive Leadership You will be the face of executive leadership of the community and be expected to implement the mission, vision, and goals of Bridge Senior Living. Demonstrated Ability to Lead High Performing Teams You will be the leader of a diverse and engaged team of community leaders and frontline associates and be expected to plan, direct, and evaluate activities and performance on the ground in the community. Concentrated Focus on Sales, Marketing, and External Communications You will be the primary representative of the community and be expected to cultivate an image of the community that is consistent with our brand and aligns with our business goals. What are we looking for in an applicant? - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. - At least 8 years of progressively responsible management experience in the senior living, long-term care industry, or a related field.
