Position Overview
As an Activities Assistant/ Lifestyles Assistant, you will assist with programs and events that ensure the holistic wellbeing of our residents (physical, spiritual, emotional, and social). Above all, you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors while contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home. Show your creativity while sharing your love with our residents.

Here is what we’ll expect from you:
- Assist with a holistic schedule of events and activities (physical, spiritual, emotional, and social).
- Knowledge about dementia, the changes associated with dementia illnesses, how they affect the residents' ability to function, and the adaptive strategies that help maintain residents' abilities.
- Plan, promote, implement, coordinate, and evaluate events to enrich the lives of our seniors while also complying with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Serve as an ambassador in the community, helping establish a network of vendors, partners, and volunteers.
- Maintain a record of all activities and events, including the current calendar of activities.
- Help ensure the timely, safety, and dependability of transportation services.
- Commit to the continuous improvement of the programs and events based on resident’s feedback.
- Smile and Show Love, especially in trying times.
