Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to oversee all aspects of our product warranty program. The Warranty Manager will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, communicating with customers and suppliers, analyzing warranty data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing and maintaining warranty guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warranty department, including processing warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address warranty-related inquiries and concerns
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements to products or processes
- Develop and maintain warranty guidelines and policies to ensure compliance and consistency in warranty claims processing
- Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and customer service teams to proactively address potential warranty issues and develop solutions
- Monitor and report on warranty performance metrics, such as claim resolution times, customer satisfaction rates, and warranty costs
- Stay current on warranty laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the warranty program

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in warranty management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warranty management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of warranty laws, regulations, and industry trends
