What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADON/RN-LVN position at Bridgeport Medical Lodge?
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing assists in supervising of nursing services and set the standards of care to assure a professional, skilled program of care and treatment so that each resident will receive benefit that accounts for their medical, physical, emotional and psychological needs. Fulfills policies and objectives insuring quality nursing care as set forth by the Administrator and standards of the facility. Supports and practices the philosophy, objectives and standards of Priority Management and the Nursing Department, and directs the revision of these as necessary to ensure quality of care to all residents.
Must be a Registered Nurse
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
