Fence Laborer $15-$18Per Hour

Bridger Valley Fence, a locally owned fence company out of Fort Bridger WY, is seeking an individual that is honest, highly motivated, organized, professional, enthusiastic, goal minded and a team player.

Bridger Valley Fence installs a wide variety of fence styles for residential, agricultural, and commercial fence. We will assist you in finding the perfect fence for your property. Your fence installation project will be designed and estimated on site to ensure all details are correct between our company and your fencing project.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Efficiently assisting lead installers to complete fence installations.
• Review job details with lead installer
• Load and secure material and equipment for transportation to job-site
• Keep installation truck and tools organized, clean and well maintained.
• Dig post holes using post-hole diggers and powered auger.
• Mix and pour concrete.
• Carry materials between truck and jobsite, including but not limited to fencing material, 80lb bag concrete, etc
• Maintain safe and clean job-site.
• Use hand tools, power tools, forklift, skid steer loader, and other equipment as necessary
• Perform work with a high degree of integrity, efficiency and motivation.
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Driver's License (to drive company vehicles)
• Be able to work 40 hours plus a week (minimum)
• Familiarity with construction or related fields
• Lift up to 100 lbs. above knees; 30 lbs. above head. Work standing, kneeling, bending at knees for several hours.
• Be able to use measuring devices and do basic math calculations.
• Capable of performing outdoor work in the Wyoming elements.
• Have the ability to work well with others and take direction from leaders.
• Ability to travel for out-of-town work.
• Able to pass a background check (school board and government jobs require this)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation package:

• Overtime pay

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• In-person
• Outdoor work

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Required)
• Fence Labor: 1 year (Preferred)
