We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities
- Conduct financial audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior accounting staff

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience in technical accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,782.55 - $49,114.47 per year
