- Performs order drop management tasks and coordinates with requested shipping dates for all order types
- Inventory de-allocation
- Inventory moves (internal and external)
- Shipment coordination with 3PL
- Monitors and communicates order cancellation requests, order tracking requests, and inventory confirmation requests
- Process refusals / returns for all warehouses
- Perform all inbound receipts
- Raw materials
- Transferred products
- Production supplies
- File manifests for FedEX and UPS shipments from BS1
- Manage reports
- Daily Shipped not invoiced
- Daily Warehouse activity report
- Weekly “at-once' report
- Weekly inventory availability report
- Other business support reports (including but not limited to in-preparation sales orders, open returns, and released-not shipped orders)
- Create sipping manifest for warehouse transfers
- Backup warehouse operator as
- Backup warehouse supervisor as needed
- Assist with warehouse inventory counts
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires high school diploma, or G.E.D. and 1-3 years of warehouse experience. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is required. Prior experience working with SAP By Design is highly preferred. Prior experience in inventory control is required, including the concepts of allocation and inventory “bucketsâ€. Must be able to work independently.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and at all levels of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. The ability to understand basic analytical concepts is highly recommended.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
