An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the Assisted Living and Memory Support segments of the BRC community, moving prospects through the customer journey from inquiry to move-in via consultations, personal visits and tours, coordination of assessments, and more.
- Effectively utilize a CRM system to track leads, manage inquiries, and follow up with prospects effectively.
- Communicate the advantages of living in a Life Plan Community in general and BRC in particular, as well as criteria for qualifying for residence at BRC.
- Meet or exceed occupancy goals for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions within the continuum of living for current BRC residents.
- Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with referral sources in the broader community.
- Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Marketing Counselor who specializes in Independent Living.
- Participate in the development and execution of a strategic marketing and sales plan for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
