Admissions Coordinator: Assisted Living & Memory Support

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. 

 

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the Assisted Living and Memory Support segments of the BRC community, moving prospects through the customer journey from inquiry to move-in via consultations, personal visits and tours, coordination of assessments, and more. 
  • Effectively utilize a CRM system to track leads, manage inquiries, and follow up with prospects effectively.  
  • Communicate the advantages of living in a Life Plan Community in general and BRC in particular, as well as criteria for qualifying for residence at BRC. 
  • Meet or exceed occupancy goals for Assisted Living and Memory Support. 
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions within the continuum of living for current BRC residents. 
  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with referral sources in the broader community. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Marketing Counselor who specializes in Independent Living. 
  • Participate in the development and execution of a strategic marketing and sales plan for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
