The productionist is to assist in any and all production task in the production area under the supervision and direction of the Work Center Manger and the Quality Assurance Supervisor. To learn more about this position, please read a summarized list of duties below.
Work in contract areas as assigned to ensure that production is completed, including counting, assembling packing, painting, sealing and material handling.
Responsible for pacesetting in production situation (ex: managing the speed of the production line) also responsible for the recognizing situation which result in the need for involving a supervisor.
Conduct inventories under the direction of the Work Center Manager and the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Drive routes and/or fork lift as assigned and as qualified and approved.
Act as a positive role model for consumer trainees. Promote and maintain positive relationships with community contractors.
High school diploma or GED is preferred, no prior experience or training required. Experience driving forklifts and trailers is desirable. Must have reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.

Salary : $24,900 - $31,500
