What are the responsibilities and job description for the Servers position at BridgeWorks Co?
BridgeWorks is hiring servers that are energetic, positive and a team player. Looking for experience with dining room setup, ability to wait on tables in a full service environment and hostess knowledge is a must.
Pay on a weekly Basis – $13
Shift open availability, 9:00am to 9:00pm – 7 days per week
Covid Vaccines preferred
Qualifications:
1. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
2. Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
3. Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
4. Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check (cannot have any felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
