Job Overview:

We are seeking a Health Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support by assisting the Health Services Director in various health service-related tasks and ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to input, update, and maintain records accurately.
- Support office functions such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and assisting with scheduling.
- Collaborate with the Health Services Director to coordinate visits, appointments, and paperwork.
- Aid in managing administrative tasks as a personal assistant to enhance efficiency.

-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Host Home Providers

Qualifications:

- CNA Preferred

- Prior experience in a medical field and/or with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office tasks including typing, filing, and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
