About the Job

Look no further! Bridor is building a new production plant in Bringham City, Utah, scheduled to be fully operational in January 2026. We are seeking a talented Plant Manager to join our Operations Office. This unique opportunity allows you to be part of building something entirely new, setting a new standard for Bridor manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in constructing the state-of-the-art facility and developing a committed and united team.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Plant Manager to oversee the entire process, from plant construction to the commencement of operations.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Job Location: Bringham City, UT
Position Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and control plant operations according to company objectives, budget, sales forecasts, and quality standards
- Participate in the company's business plan and implement annual action plans to support growth and achievement of objectives
- Prepare and manage the overall operating budget and ensure proper follow-up
- Assist in the preparation of production schedules, considering available equipment, projected sales, labor availability, and raw materials
- Evaluate employee performance and development under your control
- Address unforeseen situations and problems related to your function
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and develop a safe working environment
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement
- Participate in product development and ensure efficient transfer to production when required
- Focus on achieving business results
- Implement innovative ideas and methods of operations
- Ensure quality at all times
Position Requirements:
- Effective communication with all employees
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and direct employees to positive results
- Understanding and adherence to GMPs
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and BRC
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in an industrial industry, with at least 3 years in a plant manager/director position
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement processes is an asset
- Ability and willingness to travel to Vineland, NJ; Bridgeport, CT; or Boucherville, QC (Canada) for two weeks per month during the first year
