Briggs Auto Body of Manhattan is looking to add an estimator to our team. Briggs Auto Body of Manhattan is the biggest body shop in the area, and we strive on great customer service as well as great quality repair.
Hours M-F 7:30-6:00 and every 3rd Saturday

Responsibilities
- Write an accurate estimate according to the damage
- Facilitate the repair of customer's vehicle
- Bridge communication with customer and insurance companies
- Work closely with technicians to assess damage while in the shop
- Communicate with customer throughout all stages of repair
- Manage and track all repairs in the management system
- Perform quality control before customer picks vehicle up
- Work with insurance companies on final bill
- Provide great customer service and a unique experience
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- 18 years or older
