Asset Coordinator: You will directly assist the Asset Management team by identifying and preparing any transfers between locations to ensure accurate counts of all assets at all times so that events can be executed accurately and timely. The Asset Coordinator will also assist in identifying any discrepancies in assets such as cataloging, reporting, and reviewing any product being transferred by counting directly, examining transfer reports, and partnering with multiple operational departments. The Asset Coordinator is a critical position for ensuring Bright Event Rentals success and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Run appropriate asset reports daily for review and evaluation
• Determine what items/quantities need to be transferred in or out of each location
• Ensure quality control, inspection checks, and verification of asset counts
• Review, validate and revise transfer tickets for accuracy before finalizing as well as adding any additional preapproved product to tickets
• Communicate finalized transfer tickets to appropriate departments for preparation within specified time frame
• Close transfer tickets from preceding day
• Partner with Operations team multiple times weekly to identify and solve quality control measures
• Assist Asset Management team with any additional tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Communications, Business, or Management)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Asset or Damage Control position/role
• Experience in using Databases (Alert is preferred)
• Computer or Technology literate – familiarity with PC operating systems and Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
