SCOPE OF ROLE
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the programs and service bundles delivered by clinical services. This position is a partner-facing role focused on gathering requirements for clinical programs and leading clinical partner engagement. Additionally, this individual will oversee clinical service delivery outcomes reporting and initiatives management. Synthesizes subject matter expert content and archive.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead day-to-day cross-functional activities; demonstrate knowledge of project management initiatives including the planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes
- Lead program management; develop and maintain integrated deployment plan, spanning multiple work streams.
- Document project steps by preparing meeting material, and outcomes, and creating summary reports
- Develop and maintain clinical external facing materials
- Provide analysis and oversight of clinical delivery performance; support the development of trusted, long-term partner relationships
- Prepare, oversee and participate in clinical committees and meeting
- Research and synthesize clinical content related to program initiatives
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position will have immediate supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Clinical licensure (Registered Nurse preferred)
- Three (3) or more years of experience in Managed Care Operations (Utilization Management, Case Management, Population Health Management)
- Two (2) or more years of experience in project management is required; preferably within a healthcare sector
- Two (2) or more years of experience in strategy or clinical operations preferred

- Experience working in highly matrixed and cross-functional environments
