As a Health and Safety Director, you will: **
- Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients.
- Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible.
- Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation.
Requirements: **
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years of center supervisory or administrative experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
- At least two years of professional child care teaching experience required
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
