Competitive pay range is $22.75 - $27.80 per hour (based on experience and education)

As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will :
- Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines
Requirements :
- Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements :
- Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required
- Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred
