Bright Horizons is now hiring a Lead Educator to work with Toddlers at Bright Horizons at Mass Ave.

Full time

Competitive pay range of $26.50 - $30.20 per hour based on years of experience and education

As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will :

Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.

Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements :

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements :

Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field or CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor’s required

At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required

Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred

Infant-Toddler state certification required
