Job Posting for Daycare Teacher Childcare Center at Bright Minds Early Learning Center
We are looking for a motivated Childcare Teacher who loves working with children. We will provide and pay for all the training you need to be successful at your job. You must LOVE working with small children, be nurturing and loving and be patience.
Age group to work with is: 2.5 to 3 years old approximately. Potty-training and diapers required for some of the children.
We provide an experienced team to support you, staff who make working at Bright Minds a great place to work. We often bring in lunch, drinks and snacks for all our staff and celebrate their successes with Gift Cards, Bonuses, paid time off, diner parties and Holiday parties outside of the Center. Our families are GREAT and you will build long-lasting relationships.
MUST BE:
- Self-starter - have initiative to do the work
- Self-motivated - hard working individual
- Be punctual and reliable
- Love working with children
- Be creative, love arts and crafts for children and hands-on learning activities
- All training paid and provided by the company.
Job Pre-employment Requirements:
1) High School Diploma
2) CPR/First aid Certificate (current)
Job qualifications:
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Schedule to be discussed at interview. 8 hour days.
Full time position: Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays after 90 day probationary period.
Health Insurance, and optional visual and dental insurance.
