We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Director to join our team. As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care facility and ensuring the highest quality of care for our students. - Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that align with state standards and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
- Supervise and support a team of child care providers, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff members

- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or questions regarding their child's development or care
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of the child care center
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, including implementing health and safety protocols
