- Assist in food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to produce consistent and high-quality dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Basic knife skills and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
