Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team! As a Corporate Recruiter, you will report directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition. You will be on the front line of growing the leadership team for Brightspeed! You will strive to create an excellent candidate experience as we hire leadership and build out their teams across the organization.
Brightspeed is acquiring telecommunications assets in twenty states, so during the first year, you will help to build out the leadership team and bring the best and brightest talent to Brightspeed. Talent Acquisition will partner with the business to help them build out their organization structure and prioritize the most critical hires. We will scale our service model and process as we continue to grow rapidly over the next several years.
You will run a full lifecycle recruiting desk, which includes identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements. You will utilize SmartRecruiters, our applicant tracking system, identify candidates from numerous sources, including direct sourcing, initiate compelling job ads, screen and qualify candidates, and ensure timely and responsive customer service throughout the recruiting process.

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting, with experience hiring leadership talent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work well with peers and stakeholders
- Responsive and committed to creating an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Experience creating sourcing and recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles to establish strong candidate pipelines
- Strong direct sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Proven ability to leverage your own network, as well as help hiring teams to leverage theirs to locate top talent
- Experience with driving recruiting metrics and continually improving talent acquisition processes
- Ability to translate job requirements into compelling job advertisements
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, highly detail-oriented
- Able to quickly learn new ATS and HRIS systems
- Able to create meaningful talent acquisition reports to share with management
- Experience adhering to all laws and regulations related to hiring
