We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Home Health Agency.

- The person must have previous Sales experience.
- Must have a reliable car.
- Previous in home health care experience is desire but not a deal breaker.
Position Responsibilities Summary:
The Branch Manager Leads, Manages, and holds all branch staff Accountable (LMA) to deliver consistent, safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to every client. Must demonstrate the skills, abilities, and competencies to: recruit, hire, teach and develop a high-performance branch supervisory and field team; effectively execute performance management, scheduling, payroll, billing, and medical coding programs, policies and procedures. Partner closely with the branch Director of Nursing, Sales Manager, and other key staff to maximize patient-centered care, branch revenues, and profitability. The Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch operations and is accountable for all personnel, both office and field staff (caregivers).
Directly Supervises:
Customer Care Supervisor; Human Resources Generalist; Billing/Coding Specialists.
Indirectly Supervises under direction of the Owner or Director of Operations:
Director of Nursing; Sales Manager
Key Leadership, Management, and Accountabilities (LMA):
Inquiry conversions; building a strong bench of talent; effective and efficient scheduling; accurate and timely billing, coding, and payroll; maintenance of all required federal, state, and brand required licensures and accreditations.
