BrightStar Care is currently seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality one-to-one care in home care settings. As an RN with BrightStar Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients requiring trach and ventilator care. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient's condition, including trach and ventilator management
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of nursing practice

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in home care or critical care settings
• Experience and proficiency in trach and ventilator care
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• CPR certification
