About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at BrightView. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing field operations for commercial site development projects from inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial landscape installation and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of heavy iron equipment and OSHA standards.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
