Lead and mentor a dedicated team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to enhance financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct monthly and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Effectively communicate financial information to business leaders to support decision-making.
- Lead the annual audit process in conjunction with external auditors.
- Work closely with operational and leadership teams to drive financial performance.
- Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial management.
- Practical understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
