• Brillio, LLC is seeking a qualified Lead Job Duties and Requirements: Lead needed in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S., Maintain, Patch and Support SharePoint (2016/2019) Farm. Monitor the SharePoint server’s health on a day-to-day basis & ensure High availability with Disaster Recovery plan.
• Provisioning the SharePoint on Premise environment including Server configuration, Service configuration, Service Account Setup, Firewall and DNS configurations, Office Web Apps Implementation, Installation, SQL Server high Availability Setup.
• Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data. Good hand-on experience handling Critical incidents. Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell Scripts. Monitoring SharePoint software for any glitches or problems & troubleshoots issues promptly.
• Oversees activity pertaining to the maintenance of SharePoint. Maintains records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, and activity. Ensures compliance with internal governance policies, information architecture and all other organizational policies where applicable.
• Performs site collection & site configuration, administration, support, maintenance, and end-user training for production. Experience of leveraging Governance tools (Sharegate, Metalogix ControlPoint) for implementing security policies & reports.
• Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss. Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting ensure optimized user-experiences. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks. Collaboration with Stakeholders and manage dependencies with other element of the IT infrastructure.
• Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field plus two (2) years of IT experience.
• Two (2) years of IT experience must include experience in Sharepoint and JavaScript. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience.
• Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with Sharepoint and JavaScript. We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation may be required.
