JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Having industry experience of 9 to 14 years in IT with experience in application development, testing, deployment, and delivery. Proven experience in project management of at least 5 years. Expertise in executing projects in Agile methodology.
Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
Excellent technical knowledge and banking domain knowledge.
Experience in determining and overseeing consistent development, testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
Experience in Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Experience with JIRA, Confluence and SVN.
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and nontechnical staff Must be able to Work well under pressure, handling projects that have realtime high dependency and challenging business deadlines. Must have Good leadership, decision making, and organization skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office products. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to assess the system or application under test to organize approaches for testing and defect resolution.
Safe Agile Scrum Certifications is a plus.
