Description
Responsibilities:
- Job responsivities Excellent knolwdge in setting up standard operation procedure in service desk
- Good understanding SLAsKPIs
- Manage a fourmember production application support team
- Update SOP and ensure team rigorously follow SOP for daytoday operations
- Prepare a checklist for all the tasks which will help team to execute manual tasks without error Perform daily check, audit for access provisioning, and ensure no error while provisioning
- Generate a report on daily matrix and ensure SLAKPI are met Identify areas for improvement and implement service improvement plan
- Generate weekly and monthly report and review with service manager prior presenting to customer
- Work with customers and understand the new service request and prepare a work packet to complete tasks.
- Prepare shift roster, conduct huddle daily huddle, update daily status in standup calls.
