What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse/Surgical Assistant position at Brimhall Dentistry?
NURSE/SURGICAL ASSISTANT
*
We are in search of a nurse, surgical assistant or other healthcare professional who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and cultivating a welcoming culture.
Brimhall Dentistry is looking for a medical professional to join us as a dental assistant. As an unlicensed dental assistant you can be trained on the job, drawing from your skills as a nurse or surgical assistant! Plus, the family-friendly, reliably normal work hours are a huge perk.
We have a truly special team, who share and grow together. We'll share a little bit about ourselves with you:
Sarah, our office manager, has deep roots in the Saint Paul community and has been with our office for over 30 years! She keeps our office running smoothly so we can focus on excellent patient care.
Jenna, our patient care coordinator, sets the fun, hip, inclusive tone of our office. Not only does she rock at customer service, but she brings an upbeat energy that you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.
Our longtime hygienist Pam is a great listener and the kindest person in the world, which is perfect for putting anxious patients at ease. Spend five minutes with Pam and a great sense of calm washes over you.
Our newest hygienist Kathryn is a fun-loving and hard-working asset to our team. She is the definition of a “people person”, and her honest and genuine personality helps her connect with patients and coworkers alike.
Johanna, our part-time dental assistant/lab tech, is getting first-hand dental experience while helping us out big-time as she prepares for dental school. She supports us with her eagerness to help and to learn, and with her bubbly personality.
Dr. Merideth brings warmth and laughter to the office. She strives to make patients feel like part of her family, providing kind, gentle, quality care indiscriminately. She recognizes what an amazing team she has, and makes it her goal to meet their needs, to value their input, to learn from and grow with them.
We are proud to offer PTO, paid holidays, 401K with up to 4% match, bonus potential, sick pay, medical insurance, HSA, dental for employee family, uniform, CE, CPR, and on-the-job training. We are also offering a sign-on bonus of $2000!
Now that you know a little bit about us, we’d love to hear about you if you think we’d be a good fit! Please send your resume through the provided link.
And please feel free to learn more about us by visiting brimhalldentistry.com or @brimhall_dentistry on Instagram. We hope you like what you see and can't wait to hear from you!
