With a strong mechanical / machine maintenance acumen and a high motivation, we lead the pack in Coin Processing.
The Coin Processor - Warehouse Role :
In branch locations around the world, were doing the critical coin accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential.
We verify bank deposits, prepare shipments and connect money from one place to the next. We do it because it makes us proud - #BrinksProud.
As a Coin Processor at Brinks, youll work within our branch locations to account for the coin we transport to banks and businesses worldwide.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times
- Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound currency transactions
- Monitor all aspects of production, detecting, and resolving malfunctions with necessary procedures to ensure maximum quality and efficiency
- Monitor levels of coin bin at all times to maintain constant coin supply during production
- Complete preventative maintenance requirements and properly troubleshoot malfunctions
- Enter all verification activity into logs as processed
- All other essential and assigned job functions
The Qualifications You Must Have :
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Data Entry skills
- Money handling experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.
The Additional Qualifications We Prefer :
- Previous banking or professional finance experience
- Military background
