ROLE: ERP Solution Architect
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Senior Process Consultant with post-merger integration experience is key to analyse disparate legacy systems and the underlying processQualificationAt least 5 years of domain experience in manufacturing and or logisticsAt least 10 years of experience in process consulting Experience in advising customers on digital transformation programs Strong ERP experience and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Lead customer engagements on Process Consulting in all areas of ERPAnalyze the clients process area across all the business unitsDocument the process flow, integration points with 3rd parties, asis tools, methodogies and practices followed across the defined landscapeAbility to lead conversations with the clients executive team Ability to engage across process and tool functionality to document the end to end process flowsAbility to design a transformation program that starts with understanding legacy system functionality and ends with a plan to replace a number of similar applications with SAP S4 HANA and ERPProficient in developing design documents in areas such as process mapping, tobe process using SAP ERP, identifying process areas that need to be performed outside tobe system, points of integration of such 3rd party touchpoints, high level definitions of customizations required for nonstandard SAP functionality, harmonization of processes
Architecting, designing and helping build successful implementation plan of SAP outbound logistics SD for the Customer. Analyze existing functionalities in the client system and propose improvement thereby translating them into effective solutions and business opportunities.Analyze present landscape for best fit solution and strategy Supervise and mentor project subordinates and manage client engagementsFamiliar with VAT and other such sales tax methodologies, ability to grasp localisation of sales tax methods as required by the clientUse of SAP Best PracticesLiaise and drive discussions between different functions internally such as Data, Technology, Consulting and externally with customer such as Finance, IT, ProcurementOwn the business objectives and ensure they are met.
Analyse business problems and arrive at measurable recommendations.Document and build solid reference documents that can be leveraged across different engagements.Help with business development activities in building the Process Consulting Practice including but not limited to asset creation, sales support and GTM activities.Identify potential new opportunities for optimization within the customer setup.
Overall program management and client relationship management Weekly Client meetings and internal team meetings Program status reporting Risk Management and escalation managementAlign business users and drive solution usage Account mining Analyze existing business processes and identify areas of improvement through system changes Be the bridge between SAP team and business users.
PROCESS AND DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE
Good understanding of end to end supply chain processes across procurement sales and services Good level of understanding of challenges across Data and Processes. Experience across industries preferred.Ability to conduct workshops in front of an audience comprising of Business, Procurement, IT, Finance and other teams. Basic understanding of key metrics across supply chain
