PURPOSE : Provides human resources (HR) support to BBAHC people to help achieve the mission and goals of the organization. Serves as primary contact to team members and coordinates human resources activities including but not limited to recruitment, selection, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, and development.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field of study is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
  • Certification as PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CCP is preferred.
