Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is growing! We are seeking a talented Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic SpecPro Environmental Services (SES) team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH). As the QC Manager, your responsibilities include overall management of the Contractor's Quality Control (CQC) with the authority to act in all CQC matters for the Contractor, SES. Your duties include maintaining current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers. The referenced records shall be on an acceptable form and shall include factual evidence that required quality control activities and/or tests have been performed.
Compensation: $92,400 - $125,000 yearly DOE

Project Scope of Work
Design-Build with US Army Corps of Engineers valued at 16M. The purpose of this project is to reconfigure, right-size, consolidate operations, update workspaces, and realign Buildings 364 (Medical/Dental Clinic), 1001 (Medical Supply), and 1000 (Mental Health/Resource Management/Education and Training) located at JB Charleston, SC. Building 1001 is the oldest facility, built in 1957, with Buildings 1000 and 364 built in 1966 and 1987, respectively. Building 1000 requires significant improvements to its infrastructure as well as revamping the floor plan to meet modern healthcare standards and requirements.
The scope for Building 364 includes level 3 alterations and IO on the first and second floors. There are no level 1 or 2 renovations in Building 364. First floor level 3 alterations and IO activities include relocating and reworking the current Logistics and IM/IT System spaces to house, the BMET and Mental Health Departments when complete. The work will include relocating/transitioning the BMET from the Temporary Phasing Facility (TPF) and Mental Health (from Building 1000) Departments to their new spaces on the first floor of Building 364.
The scope for Building 1000 includes demolition of the current structure and then rebuilding the facility to house the Education and Training Department. The Offeror will transition the Mental Health and Resource Management Departments to their new spaces in Building 364 and will transition the Education and Training Department to the TPF while the building is being demolished, reconstructed, and outfitted. When the reconstruction and initial outfitting of Building 1000 are completed.
The scope for Building 1001 includes the construction of a 2,250-square foot (sf) addition to the building to house the Facility Management, Logistics, NDGS Laboratory, and Mental Health Storage Departments. The Offeror will transition the Facility Management, Logistics, and NDGS Laboratory Departments from the first floor of Building 364 to Building 1001 when the new addition is constructed and initially outfitted.

This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunities to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Working Conditions
Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
