SAG Talent Payment Manager & Production Coordinator – BMS Films

This Role will include the following responsibilities & report to the Director.

  • SAG Talent Payment Management -60%
    • Leadership of the SAG (Screen Actors Guild) / Non- SAG Talent Payment Process within BMS Films for BMS Enterprise Wide
    • Lead engagement of third-party Vendors associated as Talent Paymasters & Representatives to the SAG Union
    • Lead engagement between BMS Films, BMS Brand Finance Brands & Divisions on Estimating & Talent Usage.
    • Lead engagement with Producers & AORs on Talent Paperwork and Processing Needs
    • Communication between BMS Films Production & Vendors (BBS, Extreme Reach, etc.)
    • Lead weekly Talent Payment Tracker Review Meetings
    • Lead Talent Payment / Brand Project Review & Budgeting Monthly meetings
    • Coordinate between Brands, BMS Finance & BBS for Y/Y Budget Planning and presentation of Estimated based on Planned Usage of Tactics with Talent
    • Monitoring and response as needed to all Talent Payment Email
    • Additional Talent Payment projects and process improvements
  • Office Production Coordinator & Support – 40%
    • Engagement with BMS Demand Management for PO & Invoicing
    • Vendor Engagement support to Director
    • Vendor/Freelance invoice processing
    • Staff & Freelance Producer Support 
    • Edit Suite Prep for Post Production
    • Updating/Maintenance of data of Production Crews
    • Additional Office Production Coordination Responsibilities as Assigned

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years' experience leading SAG Talent Payment in a Corporate Signatory environment
  • Extensive experience working in the SAG Talent space across Brands & Agencies
  • Able to demonstrate ability to manage cross dependent teams including Finance, Brands, Vendors & Pay Master
  • Deep experience supporting Video Producers & Productions related to SAG Talent for a large volume of assets
  • Able to work at a high-performance level independently
  • Available as needed to work on location during productions with SAG Talent needs
  • Strong track record of managing relationships with clients and senior business stakeholders
  • Ability to support a large volume of work as Production Coordinator across all aspects of production in fast paced environment
  • Availability to be highly responsive to planned and urgent requests
  • Must be able to work onsite at Lawrenceville, NJ location; this is not a remote position
