WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Lead Manager Digital Marketing (Email/Website Marketing)

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Marketing - Activation (New Categories)

The Lead Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the daily management and execution of the marketing calendar for a broad range of consumers. In this high-touch role, you’ll collaborate with various marketing functions to help guide the direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategy and foster connected, cross-channel consumer experiences across all stages of the consumer lifecycle.

 

As Lead Manager, digital-first thinking and experience is your default mode. You have a solid understanding of corporate and Brand objectives and expertise helping deliver consumer-centric marketing communication and tactical campaigns against these goals.

 

In addition, as a core member of the digital and e-commerce team, you’ll help build and share findings and standard methodologies related to go-to-market process. You will also be in constant contact with digital marketing activation, finance partners, legal consultants, and the broader eCommerce to ensure the timely completion of highly visible campaigns. The role is forward-looking and requires a blend of analytical thinking, influencing others and, above all, executional excellence, to succeed.

 

Reports to: Sr Manager, Ecommerce Marketing

Reporting Level: No direct reports

Geographic Scope: Local

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Execute strategic plans to support brand initiatives to meet ecommerce KPIs. Ensure plan integration with other ecommerce campaigns and programs.
  • Brief and partner with digital activation to execute activation programs, with a focus on consumer path to purchase, segmented messaging where applicable, and reproducible results.
  • Lead email calendar and updates to marketing campaign calendar. Communicate across functions when timing and/or strategy shifts occur.
  • Provide data advised insights and meaningful recommendations to continually improve customer experience and business results. Partner with Sr. Manager Ecommerce Analytics for insights and reporting. Present campaign results and findings to brand, strategy, and activation teams.
  • Partner with brand and finance teams to ensure digital activation campaigns align to cross-functional objectives.
  • Perform competitive analysis and standard methodology analysis as needed to remain current with industry trends.

 

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have experience leading the daily marketing activations for a national ecommerce website?
  • Have you worked with creative and/or technical teams to develop ecommerce marketing campaigns from concept briefing through execution?
  • Do you supervise the performance of your campaigns to make data informed insights into how you would craft your future direction?

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 3 years of ecommerce experience focused on marketing and/or user experience.
  • 1 years of experience leading ecommerce life cycle program.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Basic understanding of campaign execution via Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • High capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Experience using workflow and/or defect tracking systems (JIRA) preferred.
  • Analytical approach, validated ability to derive actions from data.
  • Experienced with Mac, Windows, and mobile devices mobile OS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
