The Group Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of group sales operations by managing tasks such as answering calls, handling inquiries, coordinating group packages with attractions and restaurants, maintaining tracking reports, inputting rooming lists, assisting with group resumes, creating invoices, processing payments, updating lead sources, and other duties supportive of the Group Sales Managers. This is a remote role with a Monday-Friday work schedule.
