Job Summary and Job Functions
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of assigned projects throughout all stages of planning and production
- Act as the point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a quality experience through a project
- Updating software systems with accurate information pertaining to project, material, and delivery statuses
- Ownership and continuous updating of our schedule that coordinates project management, delivery, and installation team members
- Maintain pulse on project budgets and assign/deliver Change-orders as necessary
- Coordinate subcontracted material vendors, or laborers to project requirements
- Works with Sales and Accounting to ensure complete, timely, and accurate billing of the project occurs
- Set up quality standards and checks for your projects
- Travel to/from jobsite as needed to conduct field measurements or site visits
- Work with the leadership team to execute quarterly objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong Project Management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar
- Strong proficiency in computer software systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural documents and drawings
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Exhibits strong organizational skills
- Effective in verbal and written communication as well as listening skills, communicates respectfully with others
- Demonstrates team work, conflict resolution skills, and relationship building internally and externally
- Welcomes opportunities to make innovative changes in process and policy
- Approaches work with enthusiasm, maintains a positive outlook and is self-reliant
- Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to multi-task
- Travel required
