  •  Demonstrate ambassadorship | Understand the business priorities of our clients, partner with them in developing a strategy anchored around Brivity optimization, and equip the virtual professionals that support them with knowledge, skills, and continued guidance as they carry out these strategies. Develop and maintain a healthy network with Ikigai and Tech Optimization, which are both instrumental in building and developing Brivity expertise among our teams. 
  •  Assess needs of customer or business | Understand business functions and customer goals to create viable solutions by analyzing all benefits, risks, and costs of these solutions.  
  •  Conducting Reviews | Conduct reviews with clients of their experiences with our product and services. Monitor performance results against plans in action and flag potential issues for further review.
  •  Participate in continuous learning and development sessions | Keep Brivity knowledge to SME-level and our market intelligence up-to-date so we can remain a trusted and loyal advisor to our clients.  
  •  Developing and maintaining a personal network | Establish a personal network to call upon for referrals or references that can offer value to the business. Consistently form new relationships, especially those that are directly beneficial to the development of the business.

  •  Client Satisfaction | That by the end of the year, 95% of our clients are satisfied with the way we are managing their business in partnership with the virtual professionals that support them. 
  •  VA Retention | That by the end of the year, 90% of our virtual professionals thrive in the team they support. 
  •  Client Retention | That by the end of the year, 98% of our clients are still committed to continue to do business with us.
 
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business management, preferably.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team/business management role. 
  • Proven track record of coaching to successful performance. 
  • High analytical and quantitative competencies. 
  • Highly organized and able to multitask. 
  • Strong achievement motivation and proactive nature. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • High computer literacy and ability to thrive in a cloud-based environment.
