What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production coordinator position at Brivo?
Summary : As the Warehouse Production Coordinator in our Gilbert, AZ facility, you will be responsible for assembling components and parts instructions and following established procedures .
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with inventory principles and practices, experienced with an inventory and computer management systems, and be able to operate a reach truck.
The hours for this shift are 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm.* Responsibilities : Process, package, and assemble promptly and accurately Prepare accurate assembly documents Resolve issues with inventory to determine root cause and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences Ensuring that finished products meet quality standards Proven experience as assembler Effectively work in a team-oriented setting Reporting finished goods and work in process to management Organize stock and maintain accurate count of inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Strong electrical and mechanical skills Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis Current certification for operation of a reach truck or the ability to obtain certification Ability to operate Microsoft Office / G Suite and be familiar with carrier specific software / interfaces.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High school diploma / GED required, bachelor’s / associate degree is preferred Compensation The target hourly rate for this full-time position is $22.
00 - $26.00 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
