**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Post Harvest Tech / Order Fulfillment Tech to join our dynamic team. This position is essential to keep our operations efficient.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Post Harvest Tech Duties include but not limited to:*
- Label and package products accurately.
- Help organize and manage trimmers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist the Post Harvest Manager with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of post-harvest equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and comply with state regulations.
*Order Fulfillment Tech Duties:*
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to fulfill orders promptly and accurately.
- Help perform regular inventory audits and and quality control checks.
-Deliveries as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, post-harvest processing, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Able to pass a background check.
-Must get credentialed with OMMA
-Valid Drivers License
