Manager, Outpatient Behavioral Health Crisis Services

Reports to the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services. The Manager — Outpatient Crisis Services is
responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the Broadlawns Medical Center Crisis Observation Center and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. The Manager ensures that both programs offer quality, well coordinated crisis and urgent care services for their behavioral health needs. This position provides supervision to the RN Coordinator Team Lead as well as all positions housed within both services. The Manager — Outpatient Crisis Services reports indirectly to the associated Section Chief and Behavioral Health AVP.
