Direct Hire Opportunity!
Pay range 20-22/hr. Plus $2/hr differential for nights
PLEASE NOTE: This role will require you to temporarily work in Tempe Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm until October, once the Manufacturing facility opens for Production.
THEN, this role be in Tolleson on a 12-hour shift (days or nights) on a compressed work week. Please ensure you are okay with both of these schedules and commutes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of solar panels.
- Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment.
- Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
