Responsibilities

We can promise your days won’t be dull as our Team Lead – Talent Acquisition! Essentially, you will assist a team of recruiters to bring in the top candidates for the Hive. Your focus will be shifting from developing and coaching your team to making sure that all recruiting deadlines are being met.
  • Identify quality candidates by utilizing a variety of recruiting techniques and conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
  • Partner effectively with talent acquisition team peers and cross-functional partners (HR, Payroll, Operations)
  • Provide direction and support to Talent Acquisition Team Members
  • Consistently monitor and report on the progress to key stakeholders
  • Promote our Culture of Communication; join our happy hour, bowling night, pet day, volunteer events

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • 2 years of experience demonstrated success in a competitive talent acquisition environment
  • Grit; demonstrated passion and perseverance towards goals despite obstacles or distractions
  • Excellent verbal and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize task in a High Pace Environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Health Insurance License
  • Salesforce experience

Salary : $40,500 - $51,300
