In this role, you will focus on working on business requirement analysis, client relationships, data analysis and documentation. In addition, you will partner with internal and client teams to help craft and translate business requirements into technical specs, assure realization of business benefits and support the business process. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Job Responsibilities: Provide technical and organizational support for engagement lead(s) on projects Assist in assessments/discovery with regard to system architecture at the client Coordinate and act as liaison for the project team in meeting with upstream/downstream departments Prepare recommendations for system, process, and control changes and enhancements in an effort to achieve desired end state Capable of leading a workstream Assist engagement team with documentation Write specifications Create documentation Analyze release documentation Participate in validating Broadridge functional requirements documentation Data mapping Prepare test cases and conduct testing (e.g., UAT of fin tech product enhancements) Manage and resolve client issues Market and Competitive Research Project/Program Management Product Owner in Agile engagements Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent area of study. 1-2 years experience in client service, business operations or project management Project Management training is desired. Outstanding Excel and Power Point skills. Excellent written and verbal communicator. Strong MS Project skills. Proactive great teammate with a solid sense of ownership. Able to work independently, with minimum supervision to meet objectives.
