Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time employee to be an Area Service Manager. Our Service Department receives all incoming service calls from around the country and dispatches the territory service technician if the problem cannot be solved over the phone, among many other functions.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Dispatching field service technicians
- Communicating issues with equipment and providing solutions
- Prepare work estimates to customers
- Take parts orders from technicians and customers
- Evaluate service technician job orders
- Submit technician job orders for billing
- Keep records of existing customers
Qualifications and Skills
- Understanding mechanical components and repairs preferred
- Industrial repair experience preferred
- Understanding electrical components
- Customer Service Skills
- No Manager Experience Required
